Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group Thetford is seeking a Process Controller to ensure paperwork accuracy, maintain product quality to customer specifications, and uphold high hygiene, health and safety standards in a fast-paced chilled environment.

You will support line managers to deliver the production plan, use SAP for waste, downtime and performance records, and contribute to continuous improvement and GMP compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Superb organisational skills with the ability to communicate clearly - both in writing and verbally.
• Good standard of spoken and written English.
• The ability to work on own initiative and without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all paperwork is correct and accurately completed.
• Ensure quality of customer product is in line with customer requirement and resolve any issues.
• Ensure the workplace is kept to a high standard of hygiene, health and safety and GMP.
• Support the line managers to ensure smooth and safe delivery of the production plan.
• Other tasks may include using the SAP system; people management; recording of waste, downtime and performance information.
