Job Opportunity: Process Control Officer at Hain Daniels

Hain Daniels is currently recruiting for a Process Control Officer at our Histon, Cambridgeshire site. Our facility manufactures a variety of ambient sweet spreads and jellies for well-known grocery brands, including Hartley's jams and jellies, Gale's honey, Rose's, and Robertson's marmalades.

The Role

The Process Control Officer will ensure factory and legal quality standards are met, providing technical support to the Operations Teams with a hands-on approach. Reporting to the Senior Process Control Officer, the role involves communicating issues related to product quality and efficiency, and playing a key part in delivering compliant products in terms of food safety, legality, quality, and efficiency. Building strong relationships with site personnel to drive improvements in conversion and compliance outcomes is essential.

Key Responsibilities / Accountability of the Role:
  1. Ensure adherence to quality standards and provide technical advice to operations.
  2. Report and communicate product quality and efficiency issues.
  3. Support the delivery of food safety, legality, quality, and efficiency standards.
  4. Develop relationships with site personnel to improve processes and outcomes.
