Job description

Hain Daniels, who make sweet spreads and jellies including Hartley’s jams and jellies, Gale’s honey, Rose’s and Robertsons marmalades in the Histon factory, are looking for a Process Control Officer.

The Process Control Officer will ensure factory and legal quality standards are adhered to while providing the necessary technical information and advice to the Operations Teams across the site with a ‘hands-on’ style. The role will report to the Senior Process Control Officer and will communicate issues related to product quality and efficiency. This position is integral in the delivery of fully compliant products in terms of food safety, legality, quality, and efficiency.

Holders are required to develop a close working relationship with all Site/Factory personnel with the overall aim of driving improvements in conversion/compliance outcomes, both for themselves and their colleagues. Effective performance of responsibilities across all process environments is required.
