Job description

This is a {Contract Type} , Full Time vacancy that will close in 8 days at 23:59 BST.

My job

We have an amazing opportunity for Process Checkers/ QC to join our friendly team in Bromborough on a fixed-term basis.

Working Hours: 5 out of 6 days - Monday to Saturday - 16:00 to 00:30

The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all products meet integrity and specification requirements while utilizing all tools and software available.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct all the production checks, including gas checks, average weight, metal detector, finish product integrity, product and OCM labelling, ACS conformance.
2. Ensure fat levels within our mince products are within specification.
3. Ensure product compliance with one-page specifications.
4. Work with the line leader to correct out-of-specification products.
5. Check labels for accuracy against specifications and product, including double checks.
6. Validate that the ingredients added to products on the value-added lines meet the requirements.
7. Conduct all checks required within your assigned lines to ensure quality compliance for our customers and collaborate with production to ensure plans/orders are complete.
