Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Dungannon is seeking a Process Controller to join our Production team. You will supervise and control production resources to ensure quality, safety and on-time output, while driving efficiency across line processes.

The role requires an eye for detail, strong English communication, and the ability to work as part of a team to meet targets. Full training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 12 months production/manufacturing experience.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Job description

We are looking for a in Process Controller to join our Production team in Pilgrim's Europe - at Dungannon. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring quality of products and adherence to line processing and packaging plans. This role requires managing and controlling production resources while driving efficiency and maintaining safety standards.

• Work Pattern:

Working hours are: 05.45am to 17.45pm, rotational, a department Team B.

Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun

Week 2: Wed, Thurs

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and control production resources to achieve targets.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements.
• Monitor and maintain efficiency across production processes
• Report and elevate any issues affecting production performance.
• Lead by example and promote a strong culture of safety and teamwork.

Health & Safety Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times.
• Report any hazards, unsafe practices, or incidents immediately.
• Actively support company Health & Safety policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous production or manufacturing experience (minimum 12 months)
