Job summary

Pilgrim’s Europe in Ashbourne, England, is seeking a Process Controller for the Twilight shift. You will monitor production processes, carry out checks, and record data to ensure product quality and production standards.

The role is full-time and permanent, with on-site facilities and a pay rate of £14.61 per hour. Training is provided on the job, with excellent progression opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess production processes to meet product and customer specifications
• Carry out checks in an accurate and timely manner to minimise disruption
• Record production and quality data clearly and accurately
• Report any issues promptly to management for corrective action
• Ensure all equipment is available, working correctly, and within specifications
• Follow all Hygiene, Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements
• Support smooth handovers between shifts
• Take part in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement activities
• Work in a way that supports environmental and waste reduction initiatives

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Pay: £14.61 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 16:45-01:15
