2025 sees MoneyGram Haas F1 Team celebrate its tenth season in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship… we’re just getting started. We don’t follow the status quo, we’re here to challenge the competition, and we want you to join us.

About Us

The first American Formula 1 team to compete in the sport since 1986, MoneyGram Haas F1 Team made an immediate impression with a memorable points-scoring debut at the 2016 Australian Grand Prix. Nine years later, the team continues to demonstrate growth and a clear direction with its future objectives – coming off the back of its second-best season to-date in Formula 1.

We’re a racing team – not a corporate machine. We have three HQs – Kannapolis in the US, Banbury in the UK, and Maranello in Italy – each powered by passionate, loyal, and hardworking team ambassadors. Known as the ‘family team’ within the paddock, you’ll be involved in various areas of the team, gain broad visibility across the business, and see how your contribution makes an impact.

Position Overview

Location: Banbury, UK

Working within the cross-functional PLM Group, reporting to the Head of Business Process or their designee. The role involves mapping, managing, and publishing Haas F1 business processes to support key business improvement projects and ongoing continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote teamwork and effective communication across departments.
  2. Update and map current business processes, identifying and filling gaps.
  3. Document and manage new and existing processes in line with business improvement projects.
  4. Refine the process classification framework, ensuring alignment and proper documentation.
  5. Manage version control of business process mappings.
  6. Develop business processes focusing on identified areas for improvement.
  7. Create business cases to support process adjustments and measure improvements.
  8. Support the continuous improvement strategy within Haas.
  9. Follow all safety regulations.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Business Process.
Qualifications

Education & Experience: GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required; further education such as a University Degree is beneficial. Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced organization.

  • Proficiency in process mapping with a LEAN approach.
  • Proactive, organized, flexible, and able to prioritize.
  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Decisive and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
Technical Equipment & Applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and process mapping tools.
  • Knowledge of PLM and ERP systems (experience with 3D Experience and Dynamics D365 preferred but not essential).
Work Environment & Physical Demands

Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, with potential international travel and flexible hours including weekends. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, and manual dexterity. The environment involves machinery, race cars, rigs, debris, and hazardous fluids. Compliance with health and safety policies is mandatory.
