The Ministry of Justice is seeking Case Administrators to support probation teams and help keep the public safe. You will contribute to turning people’s lives around and build a rewarding professional career.

This role is 37 hours per week with start times from 9am and some evenings; Hybrid Working is available where business needs allow. Starting salary is £24,645, pro‑rata for part‑time roles, with annual progression under the Civil Service framework.

• Ensure efficient processes and maintain systems.
• Collate probation information for case files.
• Handle enquiries from colleagues, agencies and probationers with clear communication.
