QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Probate Solicitor for North Tyneside, focusing on HNW Private Client work. You will own your caseload, handling estate administration, Grants of Probate, Wills, LPAs, and Court of Protection, with exposure to Inheritance Tax and trust drafting.

The role suits a solicitor with Probate or Private Client experience who can manage client relationships and deliver a personal, clear service.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with Probate or Private Client experience.
• Able to manage own files and communicate directly with clients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle estate administration, including complex estates.
• Prepare Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
• Draft and advise on Wills and estate planning; Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Manage Court of Protection matters; consider Inheritance Tax and succession planning.
• Provide trust advice and drafting; maintain client contact and build relationships.
