Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Sunderland with 1-3 years’ PQE to handle Wills, Probate, LPAs, Court of Protection and estate administration. You’ll own your matters and have exposure to clients beyond a straightforward caseload.

You'll develop technical skills, build direct client relationships, and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows, with flexible working options and a view to broadening your caseload.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' Private Client experience.
• Comfortable handling client matters with limited day-to-day supervision.
• Interested in taking on more responsibility as experience grows.
• Willing to develop technically rather than just process files.

Responsibilities

• Manage own Private Client matters across Wills, Probate, LPAs, Court of Protection and estate administration.
• Build direct relationships with clients and business owners.
• Take on broader and more complex Private Client work as you grow.
