Probate Solicitor (Hybrid working - 1 or 2 office days per week)

Locations: Bristol, Sheffield, Stratford Upon-Avon, or Manchester

Salary: £32,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the business/role:

Our client is a leading national law firm renowned for delivering excellent service. Their legal team is the top market leader in probate. They are dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience and offer opportunities for career growth. You will manage a caseload of probate cases from start to finish, focusing on client needs. No prior client following is necessary, as the firm will source new work. The probate team has doubled in size recently, providing ample progression opportunities.

What your role will involve:

1. Managing your own caseload of probate cases of varying complexity from start to finish, using a case management system.
2. Ensuring accurate record-keeping within the case management system.
3. Engaging with clients primarily via telephone and email.
4. Collaborating with the team to develop your legal skills, with administrative support provided, and mentoring junior team members using your legal knowledge.
