Job summary

HtE Recruitment Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Manager for a Chicken and Turkey import business operating across Europe with docks at Felixstowe and London Gateway. You will drive wholesale and foodservice sales, securing orders on container arrivals and coordinating logistics to deliver to buyers.

The role requires hands-on outreach via phone, LinkedIn, email and site visits to build a UK-wide customer base, with a focus on converting leads before stock lands and expanding into the frozen

Qualifications

• Experience as a sales manager in meat import industry is preferred.
• Experience with Europe-sourced chicken and turkey products.
• Experience selling to UK wholesale and foodservice markets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively secure sales of imported meat items before stocking at docks.
• Contact via calls, LinkedIn, emails and site visits to customers.
• Sell containers ready for transportation directly to buyers.
