Southern Water is hiring a Proactive Performance Analyst in Durrington, West Sussex. The role is hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) with a 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, and a salary around £36,000 per annum.
You will proactively investigate data trends to identify faults on assets and support proactive interventions, with responsibilities including data analysis, identifying risks, raising remedial work, and sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders.

We’re actively hiring for a Proactive Performance Analyst to join our team in our Durrington office in West Sussex. As part of Southern Water's drive to enhance and protect the environment, the Proactive Analytics team are working to reduce pollutions, using the latest innovative solutions and working in partnership with our customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for proactively investigating data trends to find faults on assets prior to failure and ensure data is available for proactive intervention.
