Job summary

Harmony at Home Limited is seeking an Experienced, Hands On, Proactive Live Out Housekeeper/House Manager for their Poole, Dorset home. The role combines high-standard cleaning, laundry, bed-making and family support, with additional duties when the property is let to guests.

You will work 25 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with flexibility for weekends and variable rental periods. Salary is £23,400 gross per year (£18 per hour) for the same monthly pay, and a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Professional housekeeping experience
• DBS and paediatric first aid required before application
• Flexibility to adapt to rental bookings and family schedule

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and tidying of the house to a high standard.
• Laundry, washing and ironing, making and changing beds.
• Keep bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas clean and organised.
• Assist with children’s breakfast and meal preparation.
• Provide general household support and assist with family events.
• Prepare property presentation for arrivals and post-stay deep cleaning when required.
• Coordinate with contractors during building works or maintenance when needed.
