Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Privileged Access Analyst to support secure infrastructure and PAM services across multiple UK sites (Hatfield, Reading, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, etc.). The role focuses on CyberArk and related platforms within the Cyber Security business unit.

You will work in the Customer Enablement team on ITIL-aligned processes, managing incidents, change controls and runbooks while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server or Wintel infrastructure and AD knowledge.
• Experience with virtualised infrastructure, ideally VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Broad technical troubleshooting and networking awareness.
• Production/SLA-driven environments and ITIL incident, problem, change management experience.
• Understanding of infrastructure security, patching, hardening and access controls.
• Clear communication, documentation and collaborative incident resolution.
• SC clearance needed or eligible to obtain clearance.
• CyberArk or PAM experience; exposure to Linux, Citrix, MOVEit, PowerShell or Entra ID is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across Windows Server, VMware and related infrastructure in central and customer environments.
• Perform health checks, patching, configuration changes and security controls.
• Investigate incidents to identify application, OS, server or network issues.
• Develop knowledge of CyberArk, Citrix and MOVEit; take ownership of day-to-day ops.
• Work within ITIL incident, problem and change processes; contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles and records; ensure security and compliance.
• Collaborate with service teams and vendors; drive issues to resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency via scripting/automation.
