Job Description:

Responsibilities for this Privileged Access Management SME Role:

1. Prior experience in IT security, identity, and access management roles.
2. Hands-on experience with PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.).
3. Strong understanding of IT environments, including Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
4. Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation purposes.
5. Work alongside other IAM/PAM SMEs to create working practices around the business.

What you’ll need experience in for this Privileged Access Management SME role:

1. The IAM/PAM Operations SME will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of PAM systems, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of privileged access management processes across the business.
2. The role will work closely with IT and Security teams to integrate PAM solutions with existing and new systems.
3. Administer and support the client’s PAM systems, including tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, One Identity, HiPAM.
4. Perform regular health checks, updates, and patches for PAM solutions. Identify and remediate risks associated with privileged access.
5. Ensure the PAM environment aligns with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).

For this Privileged Access Management SME, the following experience would be advantageous:

1. Understanding of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
2. Certified in CISSP.
3. Experience with multiple OS environments.
4. IAM/PAM Experience in highly regulated environments.
