Job summary

sörenson recruiting seeks a Swedish-speaking Client Service Associate in an in-office setting in the United Kingdom. The role involves daily interaction with Sales Representatives, Investment Counsellors, and custodial banks to support client service and administrative tasks.

You will work to develop relationships, answer inquiries, and produce client-related reports while growing your professional capabilities.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Finance/Economics/Business is a plus).
• Native/Fluent Swedish and English skills.
• Strong client service orientation with excellent communication via phone and email.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and ability to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Sale Representatives, Investment Counsellors and other parties to support clients.
• Partner with top banks (custodians) to assist with administrative tasks.
• Gain exposure to European markets through client work.
• Assist Investment Counsellors with client inquiries and relationship management.
• Prepare reports on prospective clients’ statuses.
