Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a senior Private Tax professional to lead a diverse portfolio of client engagements for privately owned businesses and private equity-backed companies. The role involves delivering complex UK and overseas tax advice, building client relationships, and collaborating across the firm to implement solutions.

• Must possess ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent).
• Relevant and up-to-date UK (and some overseas) tax knowledge.
• Varied experience of more complex tax issues facing privately or family-owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Ownership for a diverse and broad portfolio of client engagements, including privately owned and private equity portfolio companies advising on tax technical affairs.
• Developing significant market relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating across the firm when delivering complex projects / events.
• Maintaining an expert level of relevant tax knowledge (both UK and overseas) including changes in tax law and legislation.
