Role Breakdown:

• Leadership: Guide your service line according to company values, assist directors with target achievement, and help your teams meet their goals.
• Client Engagement: Daily client interactions to solve complex issues.

Responsibilities:

• Team Development: Mentor and review your teams work, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and offer regular feedback.
• Client Management: Handle a complete client portfolio, identify and solve complex issues, and strengthen client relationships by cross-selling services.

Skills and Experience:

• Effective management of budgets, billing, and debtors.
