Job summary

Xeinadin is seeking an Assistant Tax Manager in Wetherby to focus on Personal Tax within a growing private client team. You will manage a portfolio, prepare income tax computations and returns, and liaise with HMRC. The role offers progression towards a department-leading position, with hybrid working and broad advisory exposure beyond core compliance. ATT/CTA qualified with private client experience is preferred, with strong communication and attention to detail essential.

Qualifications

• ATT/CTA qualified with relevant experience.
• Previous experience working with private clients and advising on personal taxation is preferable.
• Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage income tax compliance for a portfolio of clients, including core compliance tasks.
• Prepare income tax computations and returns.
• Liaise with HMRC on client matters.
• Research tax technical issues and draft tax advice for clients.
• Build relationships with clients and service providers.
• Take on advisory work with senior colleagues and develop leadership potential.
