Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 3+ years in contract operations, deal management, program management, or business operations.
• Experience building or improving workflows with automation or AI-assisted tools.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, complex private pricing contracting cycles from intake to execution.
• Own the contract process end-to-end across Legal, Sales, Finance and external stakeholders.
• Deliver scalable improvements; identify bottlenecks and metrics to enhance efficiency and CX.
• Leverage automation and AI-assisted tools to reduce manual effort and scale self-service.
• Lead cross-functional projects and communicate financial impact to stakeholders.
