• Lead and develop a team of room leaders and practitioners; conduct regular supervisions.
• Drive EYFS curriculum delivery, track child progress, and safeguard compliance.
• Maintain Ofsted readiness and implement internal quality audits for excellence.
• Act as main ambassador to parents and the local community, promoting engagement.
• Oversee occupancy, fee structures, rotas, and budgets with owners.
