About Early Years Ltd. is seeking an inspirational Nursery Manager in Bradford to lead day-to-day operations, drive pedagogical excellence, and uphold outstanding care standards. You will nurture staff, strengthen parent relationships, and shape the setting's future.

This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary (£34,000 - £42,000+ per annum) and direct employment. You will ensure EYFS delivery, Ofsted readiness, and responsible financial management in a privately owned nursery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification; Level 5/6 or EYITT desirable.
• Proven Nursery Manager/Deputy Manager experience in a private day nursery.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and local procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organisational abilities, commercial awareness, and communication.
• Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of room leaders and practitioners; supervise and appraise staff.
• Drive EYFS curriculum delivery and track child progress.
• Maintain Ofsted readiness and conduct internal quality audits.
• Foster parent and community partnerships and strong communications.
• Oversee occupancy, fees, rotas, and nursery budgets with owners.
