Job summary

Caplia Technologies Ltd. is building the model tooling and data foundations behind Phronel and the Caplia Readiness Index (CRI). You will help ensure privacy, evidence and rigorous evaluation in every score.

You will own production ML pipelines, data foundations and model evaluation, working end-to-end from data to deployment on Caplia's private infrastructure. The role is UK-based, full-time and hybrid.

Qualifications

• Production ML experience, not just notebooks.
• Strong Python, data pipelines and model evaluation.
• You own problems end to end, from data to deployment.
• Curiosity about how capital finds the strongest companies.

Responsibilities

• 01 Model pipelines Training, evaluation and deployment for Phronel, end to end.
• 02 Data foundations The datasets behind readiness scoring and traction signals, versioned and clean.
• 03 Evaluation on outcomes Checks that measure our models against what actually happened to companies.
• 04 Private by design Models that run on our own infrastructure and never train on customer data.
