Job summary

Caplia Technologies Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on AI product engineer to ship agentic workflows, retrieval and evaluation features. You will own end-to-end execution across the Caplia platform and integrate with Slack, Teams, Chrome, and MCP.

Work in a fast, small team with hybrid in-office and remote options, focusing on reliability, privacy and measurable quality in real-world AI products.

Qualifications

• You've shipped LLM-based products to real users.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript, retrieval and evaluation.
• You care about reliability, privacy and measurable quality.
• Comfort with ownership in a small, fast team.
• Experience with agent frameworks or MCP.
• Work on private or self-hosted models.

Responsibilities

• Agentic workflows: multi-step workflows that read, reason and act on company data.
• Retrieval: grounding every answer in Passport, the CRI and the data room.
• Evaluation: ensure measurable quality and evidence-backed results.
• Shipping: extend Phronel into the platform, Slack, Teams, Chrome and MCP.
