Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle new and renewal business processes, from quotations to placement.
2. Prepare detailed presentations for clients and underwriters.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
4. Process and issue Mid-Term Adjustments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
5. Prepare and process renewals while obtaining claims listings and experiences.
6. Ensure all instructions and requirements are handled promptly and accurately.

About You:

1. Proven experience as a Private Medical Account Handler with a keen interest in career growth.
2. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
3. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
4. Progress towards Cert CII qualification is desirable, with full funding and support provided.
5. Proficiency in handling insurance documentation and presentations.
