Mediq UK is seeking a Head of Private Sales to lead our private healthcare channel and drive growth with major private hospital groups, clinics and healthcare providers. You will act as a hands-on player-manager, developing a high-performing team while shaping commercial propositions and expanding Mediq’s own-brand and supplier relationships.

You will collaborate across Clinical, Sourcing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to deliver value, simplify portfolios and deliver

Qualifications

• Senior B2B sales or commercial leadership experience.
• Track record of profitable growth and strategic accounts.
• Experience with executive-level stakeholders and complex deals.

Responsabilités

• Set and deliver growth strategy for the private healthcare channel.
• Build senior partnerships with private hospital groups and clinics.
• Increase wallet share via standardisation and portfolio expansion.
• Expand own-brand and manufacturer products across priority customers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in private healthcare.
• Consolidate long-tail spend and simplify supplier portfolios.
• Develop strategic account plans and forecast performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Sourcing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing.
• Lead negotiations, tenders and proposals with revenue/margin discipline.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing private healthcare sales team.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and report to senior leadership.
