Our client is an internationally renowned, elite US law firm, boasting a thriving London office. To further bolster its highly regarded Private Funds team situated in London, our client is actively seeking a senior Lawyer with strong private funds experience.

The Private Funds team at this firm advises both fund sponsors and investors on high-profile and complex matters encompassing the structuring, marketing, and operation of private funds and private fund managers, spanning diverse jurisdictions.

The incoming Lawyer will engage directly with clients, and possess the autonomy to lead on matters with limited Partner oversight. As a senior team member, the successful candidate will be actively encouraged to participate in business development initiatives, thereby supporting Partners in expanding the practice. Moreover, they will play a pivotal role in supervising and mentoring junior Associates.

Qualifications and experience required:

• England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 6-8 years of PQE.
• Experience working for a ranked Private Funds practice in London.
• Strong academic background and stable career record.
• Exceptional drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-quality work.
