Job summary

Clayton Legal is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its well-established private family law practice in Cheam. You will handle a broad range of privately funded matters and have the autonomy to develop your practice within a supportive team.

The firm offers a flexible model (full-time or reduced hours), a competitive salary with structured pay rises, and generous leave (20 days plus bank holidays and your birthday off).

Qualifications

• This role would suit a Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in family law.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of privately funded family matters including divorce and financial remedy, private children work, TOLATA, Schedule 1, cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements.

You’ll be joining a team of experienced fee earners and support staff, working on a broad range of privately funded family matters including:

• Divorce and financial remedy matters
• Private children work
• TOLATA claims
• Schedule 1 applications
• Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements

This role would suit a Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE, although candidates with significant pre-qualification family law experience will also be considered.
