Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate separation agreements and pension on divorce.
• Build strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal advice and representation.

Family Solicitor

A highly regarded specialist family law firm is seeking a talented Family Solicitor (1-5 Years PQE) to join its growing team due to continued expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience handling privately funded family law matters who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

• Divorce and dissolution of marriage
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private children matters
• Separation agreements
• Pensions on divorce
• Cohabitation and property disputes between unmarried couples

You will work closely with experienced family law specialists and have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal advice and representation.

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with between 1-5 years PQE in family law
• Have experience managing a privately funded family law caseload
• Possess excellent client care and communication skills
• Be able to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment
• Demonstrate strong organisational and case management skills
• Be committed to delivering exceptional service to clients
