Job summary

Weybourne Limited is seeking a skilled Gardener to join the Dodington Park Estate team. You will contribute to the renovation and maintenance of the house and surrounding grounds, ensuring pristine garden presentation.

The role involves grass care, planting, pruning, watering, and seasonal displays, with involvement in garden projects as directed. RHS level 2 or higher and spraying certificates are desirable; strong teamwork and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Skilled gardener with wide range of experience in high-quality settings.
• Good plant knowledge and plant care experience.
• Confident communication and ability to interact with different individuals.
• Willingness to take responsibility and work autonomously within a team.

Responsibilities

• Garden maintenance including grass care and lawn mowing.
• Propagation, greenhouse and container plant care.
• Planting, pruning (roses and climbers) and seasonal displays.
• Watering, feeding and general maintenance; assist with garden projects as directed.
