Job summary

Clay Labs is building the modern GTM operating system and is hiring a foundational Partnerships role to build and scale the PE motion from the ground up. You will shape how Clay presents to PE firms, create repeatable pilot models, and drive portfolio activation across multiple firms and portfolios.

This role spans two connected tracks—Private Equity Business Development and Portfolio Value Creation & Activation—requiring cross-functional collaboration with GTM Engineering, Enterprise, and Legal

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in B2B SaaS partnerships, program management, GTM strategy, or revenue operations.
• Experience engaging with senior PE operating partners and portfolio executives (preferred).
• Ability to design scalable, repeatable processes and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Clay's PE partnerships motion across firms and portfolios.
• Develop PE-specific narratives, pilot frameworks, and ROI summaries for executives.
• Design portfolio entry models and activation programs to drive adoption at scale.
• Coordinate with GTM Engineering, Enterprise, and Legal on pilots and terms.
• Translate business needs into scalable, systems-driven workflows.
