The Role

As Managing Associate, you’ll be a visible leader on private equity transactions and a trusted advisor to clients. Expect high-quality work across domestic and cross-border transactions for major PE houses, corporates, and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking the lead on end-to-end deal management
• Drafting and negotiating main transaction documents
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and counterparties
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to training
• Supporting BD initiatives, thought leadership, and firm-wide growth

What We’re Looking For

We want to speak with high-performing lawyers who bring:

• 5+ years PQE with strong private equity and M&A experience
• Background from a top-tier firm or PE-focused practice
• A strong academic record
• Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
• Confidence working on multi-jurisdictional deals and managing local counsel
• A collaborative mindset and passion for building client relationships

You’ll be joining a team of 9 partners and a well-balanced group of associates working in a non-hierarchical structure, supported by experts across tax, banking, regulatory, employment, and IP. Legal training and associate development programmes are core to the firm’s commitment to career growth.
