We’re working with a standout international law firm to recruit an ambitious Private Equity Associate (6+ PQE) to join its highly rated corporate team in London. This is a key growth hire within the firm’s award-winning PE practice – a team trusted by leading private equity houses and financial institutions to handle some of the most complex, cross-border transactions on the market.
This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of your career in a firm that prioritises progression, collaboration, and recognition. You’ll be part of an inclusive and entrepreneurial environment where your voice is heard, your development is supported, and your performance – not your PQE – defines how far you can go.
The Role
You’ll play a central role on a variety of UK and international private equity deals, working closely with partners who are recognised leaders in the field. Expect early responsibility on transactions, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to lead on deal execution with support from an established bench of specialists across banking, tax, regulatory, IP, and competition.
You’ll also contribute to the team’s development through mentoring juniors, building internal networks, and engaging in BD activities as the firm continues to grow across its five strategic sectors: private capital, decarbonisation, life sciences, tech, and transport/trade.
