Job summary

IDEX Consulting is seeking a Project Manager for a Private Equity Insurance offering to lead Insurance Due Diligence across deal lifecycles. You will assess insurance profiles of target businesses and provide commercially-focused advice to PE investors and advisers.

You will evaluate insurance programmes, review historical claims, identify gaps, and prepare clear reports for clients. You will liaise with insurers to obtain terms and support negotiations while managing multiple transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance broking, underwriting, claims or advisory.
• Exposure to private equity transactions or complex commercial clients.
• Strong technical insurance knowledge and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead insurance due diligence on live PE transactions.
• Assess insurance profiles, coverage gaps, and risk exposures.
• Prepare concise reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with insurers and market partners to obtain terms.
• Manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
