Premier Lower-Middle-Market Private Equity Sponsor, based in London, is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its deal team. You will participate in thesis generation, sourcing, LBO underwriting, and portfolio management across the UK and Europe, with direct exposure to IC deliberations and lender negotiations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of rigorous M&A and financial execution experience within London or a major European financial hub.
• Elite bulge bracket, elite boutique, or top-tier middle-market Investment Bank in London or Europe.
• Private Equity fund focused on middle-market / lower-middle-market transactions.
• Big Four TAS exposure with PE due diligence experience.

Responsibilities

• Thesis generation, deal origination and pipeline architecture.
• Advanced financial modeling, LBOs, debt covenants and capital structures.
• Lead end-to-end due diligence with external advisors (Big Four, counsel, brokers).
• Draft IC memos and participate in investment committee deliberations.
• Add-on M&A origination, underwriting and execution; portfolio monitoring and reporting.
