ZEST Dental Recruitment is partnering with a well-established dental practice in Seaford, East Sussex, seeking an Associate Dentist to join two days per week. The role is predominantly private with a small NHS commitment, offering a strong earning potential from an established patient base.

The successful candidate will inherit a well-established private patient list and join a four-surgery practice with two dental hygienists and upcoming CBCT/OPG upgrades.

Formación

• GDC registered and NHS performer number required.
• Experience in private dentistry or interest in cosmetic/private procedures advantageous.

• Two days per week - Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday available
• Predominantly private practice with a small NHS commitment

• Excellent earning potential from an established and busy patient base
• 45% private remuneration, 50% lab fees
• Approximately 300 UDA at £14 per UDA
• Four-surgery practice with two dental hygienists
• Well-equipped practice with digital X-rays
• CBCT and OPG incoming as part of scheduled upgrade

• Scope to utilise and develop additional clinical skills and special interests

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established, predominantly private dental practice in Seaford, East Sussex, with excellent links to Brighton and Eastbourne.

The successful candidate will inherit a very well-established private patient list, providing excellent earning potential from the outset.With a loyal patient base and strong demand for private dentistry, there is considerable scope to develop the position further.In particular, dentists with experience or a special interest in composite bonding and Invisalign would be well suited to the opportunity, with excellent potential to develop these treatments and grow their private earnings.

The practice has four surgeries, two dental hygienists and digital X-ray facilities, with further investment planned, including CBCT and OPG.The practice is also undergoing a programme of improvements and modernisation, whilst retaining its established patient base and reputation.

The position is available for two days per week, choosing two days from Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.The role is predominantly private, with a small NHS commitment of approximately 300 UDA annually.

The successful candidate will be GDC registered, hold an active NHS performer number and have experience providing high-quality private dentistry.Additional skills in composite bonding, Invisalign or other areas of private dentistry would be advantageous but are not essential.
