Job summary

ZEST Dental Recruitment, in partnership with an established private dental practice in Seaford, East Sussex, seeks an Associate Dentist. The role is predominantly private with a small NHS commitment and offers excellent earning potential from an inherited patient list.

The position is two days per week (Mon, Tue, and/or Wed), in a four-surgery practice with hygienists and modern imaging. Candidates with Invisalign/composite bonding interests will find strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in private dentistry and cosmetic procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work two days per week and contribute to a busy practice.

ZEST Dental Recruitment, working in partnership with an established dental practice, is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established, predominantly private dental practice in Seaford, East Sussex, with excellent links to Brighton and Eastbourne.

The successful candidate will inherit a very well-established private patient list, providing excellent earning potential from the outset. With a loyal patient base and strong demand for private dentistry, there is considerable scope to develop the position further. In particular, dentists with experience or a special interest in composite bonding and Invisalign would be well suited to the opportunity, with excellent potential to develop these treatments and grow their private earnings.

The practice has four surgeries, two dental hygienists and digital X-ray facilities, with further investment planned, including CBCT and OPG. The practice is also undergoing a programme of improvements and modernisation, whilst retaining its established patient base and reputation.

The position is available for two days per week, choosing two days from Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The role is predominantly private, with a small NHS commitment of approximately 300 UDA annually.

The successful candidate will be GDC registered, hold an active NHS performer number and have experience providing high-quality private dentistry. Additional skills in composite bonding, Invisalign or other areas of private dentistry would be advantageous but are not essential.
