ZEST Dental Recruitment, in partnership with an established dental practice in East Grinstead, West Sussex, is seeking an Associate Dentist. The role offers a long-standing patient base, a modern five-surgery setting, and a mix of NHS and private work with opportunities to expand private treatment such as implants and Invisalign.

The position is part-time (two to four days per week) with flexible hours and potential Saturday sessions.

Qualifications

• GDC registration with NHS performer number is required.
• Experience delivering NHS dental treatment in the UK is expected.
• Ability to work in a mixed NHS/private practice.

Associate Dentist role in East Grinstead, West Sussex. Established patient list, excellent private opportunity and a modern five-surgery practice. ZEST Dental Recruitment, in partnership with an established dental practice, is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist in East Grinstead, West Sussex.

Responsibilities

• Provide NHS and private dental treatment to patients within a long-established mixed practice.
• Utilise private treatment opportunities available within the practice, including implants, endodontics and Invisalign, where appropriate.
• Work with an experienced multidisciplinary team and strong nursing support.
• Inherit and maintain a stable patient list with immediate clinical activity and opportunities to develop private treatment.

• Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex
• Practice: Five-surgery mixed practice with iTero scanner, digital radiography, rotary endodontics and intraoral camera
• Role: Associate Dentist
• Hours: Part-time, two to four days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday afternoon and Friday); flexible hours with optional Saturday sessions
• Type: Permanent position
• With private earning potential: 3,000 UDA at £14 per UDA
• Team: Experienced clinical team including Hygienist, NHS Therapist, Practice Coordinator and strong nursing support
