Job summary

MBR Dental Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join a private practice in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. This full-time, permanent role offers a Monday-to-Friday 9:00am–6:00pm schedule and a starting pay of £12.71 per hour, with monthly pay and on-site parking.

You will manage day-to-day reception, book and amend appointments, handle calls, process payments, and deliver a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Dental Receptionist.
• Strong knowledge of dental practice procedures and patient management.
• Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of the reception area.
• Booking, amending and coordinating patient appointments.
• Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Completing general administrative tasks, filing and paperwork.
• Promoting treatments and services available within the practice.
• Delivering a professional and welcoming experience for every patient.
