Job summary

Taxation, Nottingham, is seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join its Nottingham team. You will advise high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs on complex tax matters, building trusted client relationships and leading advisory projects.

The role offers clear progression to Director as you take greater ownership of client relationships, business development and team leadership within a leading national practice.

Qualifications

• ACA, CTA, ACCA, CA or equivalent with strong Private Client tax experience.
• Strong technical advisory knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Experience advising business owners, entrepreneurs and senior executives.
• Proven ability to develop trusted client relationships and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Advise HNW individuals, entrepreneurs and shareholders on complex Private Client tax matters.
• Lead advisory projects including shareholder planning, transactions.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of senior client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Corporate Finance and other specialist teams to deliver joined-up advice.
• Lead, coach and develop junior members of the team.
• Build your profile in the East Midlands market and contribute to the continued growth of the Private Client offering.
