Job summary

Insite Group is seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Manager in City of Birmingham with hybrid working. You will lead the Private Client & Trust Services team, build trusted relationships with individuals, families and trustees, and shape the growth of the department through advisory and compliance work.

You will oversee tax compliance, advise on IHT, CGT and offshore trusts, and collaborate with Partners to deliver high-quality service and strategic programs for clients in the region.

Qualifications

• Significant Private Client Tax and Trust experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Personal Tax, Trusts, IHT and CGT.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Commercial awareness and excellent client relationship skills.
• Experience with International and Offshore Trusts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Private Client & Trust Services team.
• Review and sign off Personal Tax and Trust Returns.
• Deliver advisory work on Trusts, IHT, CGT, offshore trusts and international tax matters.
• Oversee 60-day CGT Returns, Trust Registration Service, Trust IHT Returns and CRS reporting.
• Liaise with HMRC, clients and professional advisers.
• Manage complex client relationships and risk.
