Job summary

Insite US in St Albans is seeking a Private Client Tax Manager to lead a high-net-worth portfolio and provide specialist tax advisory services for individuals, trusts and estates. You will work with partners and advisers to deliver commercially focused guidance and build long-term client relationships.

The role offers hybrid working, a clear route towards Director, and exposure across personal tax, capital gains and inheritance tax for UHNW clients.

Qualifications

• CTA qualified or qualified by experience.
• Experienced with high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates.
• Strong knowledge of personal tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and UHNW private clients.
• Advise on income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and trust taxation.
• Oversee preparation and review of personal, trust and estate tax returns.
• Provide advice on estate planning, succession planning and family wealth structures.
• Support clients with tax-efficient remuneration, investments and disposals.
• Assist with inheritance tax planning and administration of estates.
• Review complex tax computations, returns and advisory work.
• Manage advisory projects from scoping through completion.
• Build strong relationships with clients and advisers.
• Supervise and develop junior team members.
• Contribute to growth of the private client offering.
