PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking an ambitious Private Client Tax Director to join a growing team in Reading. You will advise HNW/UHNW individuals across IHT, CGT, income tax, trusts and estate planning, and you'll have autonomy in building your own client portfolio.

You will coach and develop junior members and work with Partners on the strategic direction of the practice, with real potential for progression towards Partnership.

Private Client Tax Director - Reading A chance to join a successful, growing Private Client Tax team where you can build your own client portfolio, develop a team and have a real influence on the future of the practice.

We're looking for an ambitious Private Client Tax Director to join a stable, independently owned and non-private equity-backed firm. With a long-term approach to growth, you'll have the freedom and support to build relationships, win new work and develop your career without the short-term pressures often associated with PE-backed businesses.

You'll advise a diverse portfolio of HNW and UHNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs and business owners, providing high-quality, traditional private client tax advice across IHT, CGT, income tax, trusts, succession and estate planning. Alongside your technical work, you'll have significant scope to develop your own network, grow existing relationships and win new clients.

A key part of the role will be helping to grow and shape the Private Client team, coaching and developing more junior members and working closely with the Partners on the strategic direction of the practice.
