Qualifications

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualification required with significant private client tax experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private client tax matters for high net worth individuals, trusts and estates.
• Provide strategic tax planning, including inheritance and capital gains tax.
• Lead and develop junior members of the private client tax team.
• Build relationships with clients, introducers and professional connections.
• Contribute to growth and evolution of the private client tax service line.

You will play a key role in developing the firm's private client tax offering, mentoring junior members of the team, and building strong relationships with clients and introducers alike.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a portfolio of private client tax matters, including high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates
• Provide strategic tax planning advice, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and succession planning
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior members of the private client tax team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional connections
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the firm's private client tax service line

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, with significant private client tax experience
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation relevant to private clients
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
