Synergy Personnel Services is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor in Market Harborough for a respected law firm. You will manage wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney, handling a varied caseload.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in Private Client law.
• Experience handling wills, probate, trusts and estate planning.
• Strong communication and discretion with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration and LPA.
• Advise on inheritance tax planning, trusts and wealth management.
• Draft wills, trusts, and other legal documents; conduct estate planning reviews.
