Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Lawyer to join their West Yorkshire team. You will manage a broad and varied caseload covering wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney, delivering clear, practical advice to clients.

With at least 3 years’ PQE, strong technical knowledge, and excellent client communication, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues, enjoy a market‑leading salary and generous benefits, and have the flexibility to work

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ PQE in private client work with broad caseloads.
• Strong knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• STEP qualification highly advantageous; towards or equivalent experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad and varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
• Advise clients with clear, practical guidance on lasting powers of attorney and broader succession planning.
