Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and wealth preservation.
• Experience managing private client caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts matters, including high-value cases.
• Provide clear advice on wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, and tax planning.
• Draft wills tailored to clients' circumstances and objectives.
• Handle complex estate administrations from instruction to completion.
• Advise on inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
