Job summary

Flint Bishop Solicitors in Derby is seeking a Solicitor to manage a personal caseload of Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts and assist on more complex matters with senior colleagues.

You will liaise directly with clients, provide excellent client care, and report to the Head of Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts. A minimum of 2 years PQE in wills, probate, tax and trusts is required, with strong MS Office skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years PQE in wills, probate, tax and trusts.
• Exceptional client care skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proactive management of matters with minimal supervision.
• Team player with networking and client development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts.
• Provide general advice on Wills, Probate, Tax & Trust processes.
• Prepare lasting powers of attorney and deputyship orders.
• Deal with estate administration and grants of probate.
• Record time in Tikit and maintain client communications.
• Support senior team on more complex matters.
