Innes & Mackay Solicitors and Estate Agents in Inverness seeks a Private Client Solicitor on a full-time or part-time basis to join a long-established, award-winning firm.

You will handle wills, Powers of Attorney, and executries from our Inverness office, with potential for hybrid working for the right candidate. 2+ years PQE in Private Client is preferred, with strong client care and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-qualification experience (NQE) with a focus on Private Client work.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Advising on wills tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
• Guiding setup and management of Powers of Attorney.
